After setting up their empire in Gurugram, Nukkadwala has launched their first outlet in Delhi. Managed by the Vatika group, the place has a very colourful and impressive vibe with walls showing the street food pics from every corner of india. It’s one of its kind of indian street food cafe, which is getting popular day by day after it was in limelight with the world’s longest vada pao which is in consideration for limca book of world record (for it’s 2018 issue).
Started with the pineapple and mango lassi which was unique and delicious. The cardamom hint in the lassi was just perfect.
Bun Anda which is actually the egg with indian spices served within a bun is superb. Loved this flavorful combination at Nukkadwala.
Kutchi Dabeli which was served here had the typical mumbai flavors and was cherished by all. I loved their panner pakoda which was served with khatti meethi chatni (desi style).
Pao bhaji was amazing in taste. The pao were too soft and it went well with the mumbai style bhaji topped with butter.
Amchi vada pao was very close to what we normally get in Maharashtra. Served with fried green chillies and dried lahsun ki chatni, this is one of their speciality. With all this, we had the filter kaafi which reminded me of my hyderabad trip where I had this first time.
One of the best pick for the day was Fruit Cream Kulfi which was stunning. I used to had the fruit cream ice-cream in Amritsar during my childhood and the taste was resembling the same. Simply adored every single bite of it.
Verdict – This is one of the best indian street food cafe serving the hygenic indian street food. Along with the excellent quality, they have been managed to get the perfect taste too. Must try place to taste the different street food available from all corners of India.
